ABOUT ME
I was diagnosed with endometriosis after years of enduring back and pelvic pain, which I had been told was a normal part of my period. Endometriosis is a chronic condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other areas, causing persistent, debilitating pain that disrupts daily life. It’s among the 20 most painful medical conditions, often taking an average of seven years to diagnose.
Living with endometriosis forced me to make significant lifestyle changes to manage my symptoms, including dietary adjustments, exercise, and exploring complementary therapies. Reflexology, acupuncture, meditation, yoga, and nutritional shifts have all played a crucial role in improving my quality of life. My journey with endometriosis inspired me to become a qualified reflexologist, driven by a desire to help others find relief from similar struggles.
I earned my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology and completed additional training in pregnancy and fertility reflexology. I also hold a qualification in Swedish massage and Level 1 Reiki, which I integrate subtly into treatments to support the body’s energy flow and release tension. I’ve worked at the renowned Brackenbury Natural Health Clinic in London, where I supported clients with reproductive health concerns, chronic pain, hormonal imbalance, and emotional stress.
Alongside this hands-on experience, I previously worked as an assistant to a functional medicine doctor, which deepened my understanding of root-cause healing and personalised care. I’m currently training as a women’s health coach through an ICF-accredited programme, with the aim of offering holistic coaching to women — both in-person and virtually — to support their physical health, emotional resilience, and personal goals.
My approach is rooted in treating the body holistically — linking the physical, emotional, and energetic — and creating a safe, grounded space where clients can relax, reconnect, and restore balance.
