Fertility Reflexology

Is there something wrong with me?

Trying to conceive can feel like a rollercoaster. One filled with frustration, tracking apps, hormone talk, and endless pressure.

You’re not alone.
And your body is not broken.

Fertility reflexology offers a calming, holistic way to support your nervous system, balance hormones, and create space for conception.

What Is Fertility Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that stimulates specific points on the feet that correspond with your reproductive system, endocrine (hormonal) glands, and nervous system.

When your body is stressed, your hormones are often the first to go off balance.
Reflexology helps calm your stress response, regulate your cycle, and bring your body into a state of balance, the ideal internal environment for fertility.

Can It Help Me?

This treatment may be supportive if you are:

  • Trying to conceive naturally

  • Preparing for or undergoing IVF or IUI

  • Living with endometriosis, PCOS, or irregular cycles

  • Feeling emotionally burned out by the fertility journey

  • Seeking a more connected and supportive approach

How Often Should I Come?

Weekly sessions are usually recommended for 4–6 weeks as a starting point.

If you're going through IVF or have hormonal conditions, we’ll build a tailored plan around your cycle and specific needs.

I also understand that coming weekly isn’t always financially or logistically possible. That’s why I work closely with you to create a treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive, both for your body and your budget.
